Your side of it

• You need an existing Spotify account and you must be able to sign in to it.
• You must be 18 or older.
• Pick the right country. It decides which plans have space for you.
• Do not leave the Family Plan yourself. If you are removed, use Renew.
• If your account name or profile picture changes, leave it — that is normal.
• One key works on one account. Do not share it or use it on someone else's.

Renewals and the 12-month rule

Spotify allows an account to join a family plan once every 12 months. If your account is inside that window you may not be able to rejoin immediately — this is Spotify's rule, not ours, and no key changes it. Your key stays valid: renew later, or move to a fresh account and carry your playlists across. Both paths are explained on your activation page.

A renewal does not always succeed on the first try. Waiting a while and trying again is normal and costs you nothing.

Refunds

• Key does not work? You get a free replacement — that is the guarantee, and it has no limit.
• Changed your mind? No refund — this is a digital product delivered instantly.

Not allowed

• Reselling keys, or using bots and scripts against the activation page.
• Using someone else's payment details or false information.
• Any illegal use.
